Territory
When you license with Pick Up The PaceTM,
we provide you with a protected territory. In other words, you have
the assurance that nobody is going to open up another Pick
Up The PaceTM location right across
the street from you and take your customers. The specifics of the
permanent protected territory will be determined by you and the
Pick Up The PaceTM team. Territories
are based on city, county, or zip code limits and more importantly
on population density.
Business
Plan
If you are applying for a business loan, the lender will want
to see a business plan. We provide one! While you will obviously
need to change the specifics in the plan (address, names, etc.)
you still will have the format done for you. Our twelve-page
business plan is provided on a CD so you can easily make the
desired changes and submit to your lender, saving you hours
of work! |

Logo
Disk
By licensing
with Pick Up The PaceTM, you get to use our fabulous
logo and name. The Pick Up The PaceTM logo and name
are protected by trademark, so you have the assurance that you'll
be the only location in your territory. With the logo disk we provide,
you save at least $90 in logo creation fees and another $1,500+
in trademark fees (state and national).

Stations
You'll receive a total of 20 stations, which is more than enough
to start your own gym. Ten pieces are 'in-between stations'
(jogging squares or aerobic steps) designed to keep your heart
rate up throughout the circuit. The other ten pieces are the
muscle-building hydraulic machines, specially designed to tone
all major muscle groups in only 30 minutes! Pick Up The
PaceTM equipment is fully adjustable
so your members will never plateau in their progress! (Of course,
you always have the option of adding additional machines at
a later date.) |

to accommodate all gym members, from the oldest to the youngest.

3-Day
Training At Your Gym
While some franchise operations require you to visit their
headquarters, at your expense, we have a different philosophy.
We come to you! You can train without the expense of buying
airline tickets, hotel, and restaurant meals. Even better,
you can be at your gym during this critical start-up time.

will spend three days at your facility, covering the following

Upon conclusion of the three-day training course, and successful
completion of the Pick Up The PaceTM

of your members.

As members
move around the circuit, they are prompted to change stations
by a cue CD. We provide the standard 30-second CD and also
the 40-second CD for use in a seniors class or a 'Maximum
Pace' class.

Music

license package. All five are formatted to 140 BPM, the best
speed for the Pick Up The PaceTM
workout.

Let the neighborhood know you're opening soon! With your license
package, you will receive a quality banner with the Pick Up
The PaceTM logo. Suitable for grand
openings, trade shows, and marketing events, you can even take it
to a local sign shop and have your phone number added for a nominal

are made from heavyweight cotton that is 100% preshrunk. Your
