Each month we offer a FREE class to our members! Class topics range
from nutrition to crochet, and everything in between. Classes are
taught by certified Pick Up The Pace instructors or
local experts. |

As a FREE bonus for our members, we keep a library stocked with
the latest health and nutrition news. The Pick Up The Pace
library is also a good place to find romance novels, popular magazines,
and any other books that our members might want to read. |

At Pick Up The Pace, we like to get a little crazy
and have a little fun! Theme Days are a good excuse to try on some
new clothes, play some fun games, and get some FREE prizes. |

WHEN: Holiday or Seasonal |
Your kids will have fun at Pick Up The Pace too! In
addition to the Hundred Acre Wood play room, we offer coloring contests,
costume contests, and more! Everyone gets a prize for participating,
and overall winnners are awarded a grand prize. |
