As you can see, it is entirely possible to open a Pick Up The PaceTM location with as little as $29,960! This includes the low estimate of the Opening Expenses ($7,811) and our license package ($22,149).
We have attempted to provide you with an accurate, realistic assessment of what it will cost to open your own club. Although these costs have been based upon actual data from Pick Up The PaceTM gyms, your actual costs may vary. For example, if you already have a computer, printer, or CD player then these estimates will be high for you. Additionally, if your landlord doesn't require a $2,000 damage deposit then you may also subtract that from your estimated start-up costs.
